Pignosed Wombat
Pignosed Wombat (Euryzygoma Dunense) is a species of marsupial which inhabits humid eucalyptus forests in Queensland and New South Wales, Australia. They are herbivorous and mainly feed on leaves, shrubs, twigs, and bark. They are medium-sized, weighing about 500 kilograms when fully grown.
Pignosed wombats are solitary animals and normally lives alone, but in breeding seasons, males try to find females until they successfully mated with them. They have unusual, flaring cheekbones which are used either for storing food or for attracting mates, depending on a situation.
